It’s that time of year when getting going in the morning can be a bit harder than it was. The holidays are long gone, summer seems a long time away and so does the race season.
If you are a triathlete doing early season races then it isn’t actually so far away and training is probably about to get a bit harder.
Now is the time to start to really focus on your season goals or if you don’t have one it could be a good time to write one down.
